Common Questions

How do I upload lab results? Open the Labs tab, tap the + button, and take a photo or select a PDF.

Why is my Health Score not showing? Complete your health profile questionnaire and upload at least one lab report.

How do I sync with Apple Health / Health Connect? Go to Profile, then Settings, then Health Data and enable the connection.

How do I cancel my subscription? Manage your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) settings.

How do I export my health data? Go to Profile, then Export and Share and select the report type you need.
